By downloading, accessing, or using the RecipeSnap AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

4. Advertising and Monetization
This App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. These ads may be personalized based on user data. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how data is used for advertising purposes.
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
Some features of RecipeSnap AI may be offered as paid subscriptions. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or be free of errors or harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecipeSnap AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
